por una parte... por la otra parte

Good afternoon! I need to translate the text below, which is the first paragraph of a legal contract. Any suggestions for how to translate "por una parte" and "por la otra parte"? On the one hand/on the other hand seems too informal, but I'm not sure a simple "by" is clear in this case, because there are already a lot of "by"s in the text. Thanks for your suggestions!!!

CONTRATO DE PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS QUE CELEBRAN POR UNA PARTE "*****, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE”, A QUIEN EN LO SUCESIVO SE LE DENOMINARÁ COMO "EL CLIENTE", REPRESENTADA EN ESTE ACTO POR ***** Y *****; Y POR LA OTRA PARTE “******, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE”, A QUIEN EN LO SUCESIVO SE LE DENOMINARÁ COMO EL "PROVEEDOR", REPRESENTADA EN ESTE ACTO POR *******, QUIEN CONJUNTAMENTE CON “EL CLIENTE” SE LES DENOMINARÁ EN LO SUCESIVO COMO "LAS PARTES" E INDIVIDUALMENTE, CUALQUIERA DE ELLAS, COMO LA “PARTE”; AL TENOR DE LAS SIGUIENTES DECLARACIONES Y CLÁUSULAS:

This is what I've got!
CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES ENTERED INTO BY “****, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE", HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "CLIENT", REPRESENTED HEREIN BY **** AND ****; AND BY "*****, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA", HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "PROVIDER", REPRESENTED HEREIN BY ****, WHO TOGETHER WITH THE "CLIENT" ARE HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE PARTIES" AND INDIVIDUALLY, EITHER OF THEM, AS THE "PARTY"; IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING DECLARATIONS AND TERMS:

Old fashioned: “party of the first part” and “party of the second part”
More current: First Party and Second Party.

According to the customary legal format, I would suggest you introduce the term “party………” after the identification of the described legal entity.
