According to a recent report from our marketing department, during the past year, fewer people attended Super Screen-produced movies than in any other year. And yet the percentage of positive reviews by movie reviewers about specific Super Screen movies actually increased during the past year. Clearly, the contents of these reviews are not reaching enough of our prospective viewers. Thus, the problem lies not with the quality of our movies but with the public's lack of awareness that movies of good quality are available.

Does the bold sentence signal that movie reviewers advocated more super screen movies as good(positive)?

The quote you select only says there was a higher percentage of positive reviews of Super Screen movies. When you say that reviewers "advocated more super screen movies are good", do you mean that reviewers are asking for more Super Screen movies? If so, the answer is "no" - you can't conclude that from the quote.

If you mean that reviewers rated more Super Screen movies as good (compared to the previous year), then not necessarily. It's possible that fewer Super Screen movies were rated than the year before - but those reviews were, on average, better than the previous year.

    For example:
2015: 15/20 Super Screen movies received positive ratings = 75%
2016: 8/10 Super Screen movies received positive ratings = 80% - the percentage of positive reviews increased, but fewer movies received positive reviews
