Possessive: employee's well being.

Senior Member
Wow, this company is really concerned about employee's well being.

I think there has to be a possessive or an article sush as 'their' or 'the' in front of 'employees'. What do you people think?

    You have a choice here.
You can use a possessive form of employees (plural):
... concerned about their employees' well-being.

Or you can use employee attributively:
    ... concerned about employee well-being.
