Hello, everyone. I'm reading a planning statement, but I absolutely cannot understand a couple of sentences:
The Development will provide the following (this statement is clear):
- Provision of drainage within downstairs WC for potential conversion to accessible shower at ground floor level.
Alright, I know what a drainage is, but don't understand the rest of it.
<<>>
Can anyone explain it to me?

The drainage in the room containing the toilet must be provided in a way that allows a shower to be installed later. An accessible shower is one suitable for a person with physical disability.
