I found that:
"For acceptance thank you to turn us over this estimate signed with the quote "signed as agreed""

Is it right?

    "Pour acceptation merci de nous retourner ce devis signé avec la mention "Bon pour Accord"

    'To accept, we would thank you to return this quote with a note saying "okay to go ahead" '

    Mmm... I have some feeling that it's not exactly right, bigbird.
    The pour acceptation part means that, in order to confirm his order, the customer has to sign the quotation and write Bon pour accord above his signature, and then send it back to the supplier. It's a very common way of placing and order in France.
