prélever des données

Hello,

In an IT context, for a part of my thesis about ETL softwares.

I tried to translate this sentence :
"
Toutes ces données doivent être prélevées sans pour autant perturber les systèmes sources."

With this :
"All of this data should be picked up with as few inconveniences/troubles and bottlenecks as possible on the source/datasource systems."

Is it correct?

I'm really not an expert in IT, but how about "all these data have to be collected/gathered without causing any datasource system inconveniences in the process"?

    Here's my try:

All of this data should be removed with the least possible interference with the source systems.
    or
All of this data should be removed with as little interference as possible to the source systems.

    What about the phrase:
    "L‘Emplacement à prélaver"?

I am assuming this is being used figuratively. I believe it's a specific logistics term meaning, 'picking slot' (in a warehouse).
