I've seen this word (preghissimo!)here and there in an online search and I'd like to know if it fits in this context.

Informal email correspondence. In response to my gift, I received a one-line email with just "grazie mille!" in big capital letters so I'd like to respond with an equivalent one-liner.
Does "Preghissimo!" sound OK here?

In English, I would say "You are VERY welcome!"

Don't know about "preghissimo", Joanne (hi!). Maybe, just maybe, "preeego", though I usually see it preceded by "ti" or "vi" to mean "pleeease". ;)

Why don't you respond with a "prego!" in big, multicoloured capital letters? :)
