Hi All,

when XY gives me an assignment (task) to, for example, prepare an analysis, is it correct to say that I prepared an assignment for XY? Or other verb should be used? Completed? Elaborated?

Can I use the word assignment in both directions - as something that is given to be done and also something that is given back as done?

EXAMPLE:

The assignment was as follows :
1) Example of ...
2) Picture of ...
3) What actions could be done to improve ...

Enclosed please find attached the proposed assigment.

Thank you in advance for your active participation in order to complete the assignment on time.

Thanks,

A.
