Can I say like ... Prepare a big project.. in the following sentence? What is the natural expression?

I've heard that you are pareparing a big project regarding M&A of AAA company?(?????)
 
    • Maybe. Without context we will not know if 'preparing a big project' is correct.

    "M&A of AAA company" seems wrong. A company may, but normally does not, both M & A.

    (M&A is financial jargon for mergers and acquistions.)
     
    I am trying to say that I've heared XX company is planning to do M&A with YY company. Than what can i say?
