    Hi

i`m not sure provide some construction design services. The context is limited, maybe something to do with architects?

generally a prestataire is a person from an external company providing services under a consultancy contract.
in construction, the étude often refers to the initial survey
hence my suggestions above, but I can't be sure... not a specialist yet!

I also have a "prestataire d'étude" here: whoever will be contracted to carry out a specific study. Not quite sure how to say it in English though. Contract researcher?
