Pretend That I Am Not Here

< Previous | Next >

- When I'm with my friend and his girlfriend on a train or a bus, I want them to feel comfortable to do something such as : kissing or holding, and so on. So I will say these, right?

"You two just do what you want, and pretend that I am not here, ok?"
"You two just make yourself at home, and pretend that I am not here, ok?"

Thanks a million!

Yes, NamLan, these sentences are OK, though "make yourself at home" seems a bit inappropriate on a bus. I would stay with "do just what you want." Why don't you try "You two just carry on and ignore my camera for a while"? :D
