Hello!

Is high probability of failure right?

- Conservative companies, with a slow, linear approach to innovation have a high probability of failure.

thanks

Sounds OK to me but you don't need the first comma. That phrase isn't appositive I don't think.

"Conservative companies, with a slow, linear approach to innovation have a high probability of failure."

You could make it appositive by adding a few bits but I don't think it sounds better.

"Conservative companies, those with a slow, linear approach to innovation, have a high probability of failure."
