This is a football article.
I try to translate the following lines but I don't know the blue part.
Does anybody help me please ?

(Pavel criticized the fans who booed Zambrotta )
Il suo amico Pavel ha bacchettato i tifosi bianconeri per averla insultata e fischiata al Trofeo Tim.
«Pavel è un amico, abbiamo condiviso la stessa camera in ritiro per cinque anni. Però per i fischi non me la prendo. Anzi, li preferisco all’indifferenza, vuol dire che i tifosi provano comunque qualcosa».

My try ...
Your friend Pavel beat to the bianconeri fans who insulted and booed you in Trofeo Tim.

    Probably the last part is better rendered as "... at least it means the fans feel something."

    I don't know about bianconeri and al Trofeo Tim. I guess you have to know about football to get these references. I don't, I'm afraid.

    Actually, I think erico was right to translate the first sentence with "Your friend Pavel......insulted and booed you.." and not "His friend .....", as the sentence is written using the polite form "Lei/you" rather than the actual third person "egli/he".

    And the "bianconeri" fans are the Juventus fans (the team has a black and white striped kit), while the Trofeo Tim is a trophy sponsored by one of the Italian mobile phone companies (Tim).

    I'm sure you were dying to know the above little titbits of information and I didn't want you to lose any sleep over it!!;):D:D

    You're quite right Murphy - I entirely missed the clue of the feminine ending! Well done erico & the dunce's cap for baldpate!
