Hi,
Again in this paragraph I don't understand the meaning of a psychedelic poster that is in a flameglo, swirling script.

What can it be?
Thanks in advance

The previous school year I'd also taped up a let it be poster, Spiro Agnew poster ( on which I inanely scrawled, in eyeliner, "yeah, right, Spiro Baby!"), and a psychedelic poster that said, in a flameglo, swirling script, "Life Is a Gas at 39 Cents a Gallon" but this summer I had taken them down and left only the Desiderata .

from the novel Who Will Run the Frog Hospital by Lorrie Moore

At the time, posters using fluorescent inks on black backgrounds were very popular. They seem to glow in the dark under a black light. Under normal light, the colors are very "hot" like the colors that highlighters come in.
