Is there any difference between psychological problems and mental health problems?
For exmple

feeling lonely, worry, low self-worth--- what kind of problem?
depression or suicidal thought- what kind of problem?

I am very confused.

"Psychological problem" - to me that sounds pretty vague. It sounds like layman's language.

"Mental health problem" requires medical attention, like any other "health problem" - though some people might use "health problem" loosely. Clinical depression and persistent suicidal thoughts are, I would think, problems that have to do with one's mental health.

Can you provide a sentence, and some context for your question?
