Put some color back in her cheeks

Hello everyone! I am working on the translation of a script for a movie, and unfortunately cannot divulge much information. In the script, a young woman has won a contest, and will be returning to the area that she is from. The president of the area and confidant are discussing how the woman returning to the area will help her morale. He explains to the president,

"Let her see it. Let her see her home. It will put some color back in her cheeks."

This is a common saying in English, meaning that the person will become more lively and optimistic, I was wondering if a Spanish equivalent exists?

Thanks ahead of time for any input.
