Probabilmente "puttanuccia" -> you little whore

-uccio, -uccia is a derogatory diminutive form as far as i know.

Leopold, I don't know where you got that bit of info, but words ending in -uccio/uccia are not derogatory, most of them are terms of endearment.

Words ending in -accio/accia might be derogatory:

    Un postaccio, un fattaccio...

È assolutamente vero, scusatemi tanto. Ho confuso "-accio" e "-uccio".
Farò più attenzione la prossima volta.

    Grazie della correzione. :)

I just was recognising my mistake. Words endin in "-uccio" are not derogatory, but of endearment. Those ending in "-accio" are derogatory. So "puttanuccia" would be like "my little/dear whore", as an endearment. It comes from "puttana" (whore) + "uccia".

Telson, what you typed is looking like Italian, but with lots of mistakes. Did you type what you heard or what?

It was written by an older italian male who was dating a much younger woman, so thats why it might have some slang in there like putanuccia

Anfearmor, thanks for the translation, but that's just my new signature ;)

telson, as the saying goes... variety is the spice of life (il mondo è bello perché è vario), but I really hope you're not getting any inspiration from what that "older Italian man" said, unless you don't mind being slapped! :D
