Is there a Spanish word for " pylori stenosis "? Pylori Stenosis is a small intestine disorder. Thanks

For what I understand the pyloric is a muscle:
There is narrowing (stenosis) of the opening from the stomach to the intestines, due to enlargement (hypertrophy) of the muscle surrounding this opening (the pylorus, meaning "gate").
Estenosis pilórica.
