Hello,

I cannot find an English equivalent of "quart d'heure de folie".
You could say that in French when for example your cat suddenly jump around and run like crazy for a couple of minutes for no reason, then calm down.

Ex. C'est son quart d'heure de folie.
My guess: He's having a crazy moment.

Thank you very much for your help.

An informal English term for this is the "zoomies." It's a term derived from "zoom", or to go fast. "He has the zoomies" means that an animal is having a crazy moment. It's usually a very endearing term.
