I am writing an introduction in which I describe myself like:
Etant une scientifique qui ai trouvé naguère ce post, j'ai travaillé depuis l'année 2002 pour la X pour laquelle j'ai couvert beaucoup de sujets analytiques.

in this context can I use the date so precisely while using a word like "naguère" ?

Hi,

The first part of this sentence has no much meaning, but, yes, you can use "naguère" in a part of a sentence and a precise date in another part.

Like : "I once (naguère) decided that I would be a policeman, and since 2010 I've finaly realised this dream".

Which English sentence do you want to render by "Etant une scientifique qui ai trouvé naguère ce post"?

I wanted to start like this but I failed: As a scientist who has been working since many years ago, I have begun my job in 2002.
