Rayadura [ralladura] de limón

Still laughing at the translation the seemingly newer automated version of WR did of "rayadura de limon": LEMON SCRATCH. Has WR been merged with Google translation? Can anybody tell me how this simple ingredient is called in English? I know it sounds as if it should be obvious. But it is not.
