"At" is the word you want to use.

In Australia we say 'you can reach me on [phone number]' and 'at [email address]'.

Hi, here is the situation: In the office, the telephone of my colleague Andy rang. Andy was not in the office and was on a business trip. I answered the phone and told the person "He is on a business trip; you can reach him by his mobile phone."

I am not sure is the part in bold natural. I mean, since he is not in the office you can call his mobile phone number. I know "reach him by phone" is common, but not sure "reach hime by his mobile phone" is right or not? Thank you.

Or can I say "You can call his mobile phone at 80240 (mobile phone number)"

I would say you can reach him on his mobile phone. You can reach him by phone but you'll reach him on his work/mobile/home phone.
