En esta oracion cual es la preposicion que debo usar?
I tried to reach him at his cellular phone, but it is disconnected.

    I tried to reach him through his cellphone, but it was disconnected.

    In this way you explain how you tried to reach the person - through his cellphone. Also please take note of the consistency of the tenses.
