Read it and weep! is a set phrase in the newspaper business, usually said sarcastically or boastfully--it refers to a piece of news one knows that others have not heard.
Not in the newspaper business, but in cards: "Read 'em (the cards) and weep!" "Voilà la mauvaise nouvelle!" Along the lines of archi's suggestion, "Navré(e) pour toi!" (sarcastically [or sadistically], of course).
