2 personnes jouent au poker.L'une gagne et dit :"I win! That's four in a row! Four in a row! Read it and weep"
J'ai gagné 4 fois d'affilée,4 fois! Regarde et prends-en de la graine" ?? Ou autre chose?

I don't know what dictionary that comes from--but please cross it out!

Read it and weep! is a set phrase in the newspaper business, usually said sarcastically or boastfully--it refers to a piece of news one knows that others have not heard.

Not in the newspaper business, but in cards: "Read 'em (the cards) and weep!" "Voilà la mauvaise nouvelle!" Along the lines of archi's suggestion, "Navré(e) pour toi!" (sarcastically [or sadistically], of course).
