    Reconciled means that the parents worked out their differences and got back together. I think reconciled is the better word to use here. It is one small word that says a lot.

    If the difference you're asking is between "when her parents reconciled" and "when she reconciled her parents (with each other)" then the first suggests her parents did it themselves, the second that she had a role in bringing about the reconciliation of her parents.
