rectangle à trait continu ou pointillé (red solid frame...?)

Hi all,

I'm trying to translate the following but I'm not sure of my translation. Can anyone help me ?

"rectangle rouge à trait continu" and "rectangle rouge à trait pointillé"

--> "red solid frame" and "red dashed frame" ??

Or, should I also use "line" ?

I reallly have to be able to describe this in the legend of my figure and I can't change the graph.

Thank you in advance !

    Should I be more specific ? :(

I would like to describe a figure. When you do so and that you have a black arrow showing some part of it, you describe this part and put "black arrow" just after the description.
Here, in my figure, I haven't arrow or asterix. I have two frames (rectangles). Both red. One with dotted line. The other one with solid line.

But I don't know how to express it.

    Does anyone know ?

Well, it's always a rectangle but it seems odd to call it so. The shape is not important. What is important is what I show with my rectangles ^^

When I designed my graphs, I didn't think about that kind of details. And now, I don't want to change everything. This is the only one which is like this and there are juste two *** rectangles in the middle.

Thank you for your help :)
