regard bienveillant

I will be pleased to translate "sous le regard bienveillant de XX". The context is that I am going to take some decisions, but I want to do that "sous le regard bienveillant de XX"...Thanks. Sinox

Well, I have already given most of the elements. I am writing a memo explaining that I reviewed and recommended a project for clearance. But I am not the usual manager for this project. For this reason, I want to act under the "regard bienveillant' of XX (XX is the actual project manager but abroad for this emergent decision). Does it make sense ? sinox

Hi, I'd like to use this expression (regard bienveillant) in another context: "les enfants jouaient autour du feu sous le regard bienveillant de leur parents"
