regarding hyphenation

Hello to all,
I'm translating into English, and I think the following words should be hyphenated, but I'm not sure:

Kitchen finished with locally produced, top quality, light coloured tiles with an attractive decorative border.

Hyphenation depends on the style manual or dictionary that you follow. You might like to have a look at the Chicago Manual of Style's section on hyphens http://www.press.uchicago.edu/Misc/Chicago/cmosfaq/cmosfaq.html

(I'd hyphenate top-quality and light-coloured, but not locally produced. )
