Can I write this sentence as:
Relationships are important aspect to be succesful (Is it grammatically correct please?)
?

    "an aspect of should be followed by a participle/gerund. Succesful is the wrong spelling.
    Is your first sentence a quote from something (in which case, please give). It is not grammatical.

    First of all, this sentence:
    Relationships between players in football team are important so that football team would be successful on tournament.
    has a lot of problems going on in it. Where did you find it?

    Your re-write has a lot of the same problems - most notably, odd phrasing and problems with article use. So it's difficult to tell what, in particular, you're asking about.

    I translate it from Slovak word by word.
    Well, there's the problem... only in the rarest of situations can you word-by-word translate from one language to another. Maybe you could find a similar sentence written by a native speaker, and then we could discuss that.
