release agreement

Hello,

I am wondering which word to use to translate "release" in the context of a legal document, i.e., "release agreement". I was thinking of using "Convention de dégagement" or "de décharge", but I am not certain. The contract pertains to risks associated with heli-skiing. Thank you.

"Décharge de responsabilité" is the legal term if they offload any responsability related to the risks associated with heli-skiing.

So, if I want to use "release" in 'Release Agreement", do I not need to include the word "agreement" anywhere (i.e., "Accord, Convention", etc...)? The expression for "Décharge de responsabilité" also translates to "Release of Liability" as far as I understand. I'm just wondering if, in French, a distinction is made in expressing Release Agreement and Release of Liability.
