"relief" or "relieve"

Hello there,
Recently I read something written as follow: "We sincerely wish that global efforts will help relief all people from hunger..."
Shouldn't the right word here be "relieve"? Or "relief" needs to go with "from" as it's the case here?

Any help will be much appreciated.

It should be relieved, and it should be rewritten: We sincerely hope that global efforts will help relieve hunger for everyone.
