賃貸借期間満了６ｶ月前までに賃貸人および賃借人いずれからも文書による別段の意思表示がない場合には、この契約はさらに２ｶ年変更するものする。その後も同様とする。

In case there is no notification, 6 months prior to the end of this contract, either from the owner or the tenant, in writing, of any intention to terminate this contract, this contract shall be renewed for a period of 2 years, and subsequently similarly thereafter.
