can you please help to understand this expression: "replacement mobility".
here is the context: "
The demand for women migrant workers in unskilled occupations, in particular those going into domestic service, is often high and sustained since they represent a form of “replacement mobility” for female nationals who are freed from their household and care responsibilities to take up other positions in the labour market.

    The idea seems to be that the pool of migrant workers makes it possible for the female nationals to take other, non-domestic jobs. So the former make possible the mobility of the latter.
