Response to requests

I submitted a request relating to my account using the Contact form twice in the past couple of months. I did not receive a response.

I can understand my request being refused, but would appreciate that it at least be dignified with an answer rather than ignored. Is there anything else I should be doing? Did I use the wrong form for example? I'm at a loss as to what to do.

    Hi Wadi,

    I just checked and we responded back both times, Sept 21 and Oct 21. You were using two different email addresses. Make sure you check the one associated with your account here.

    Whatever the case, what we said is that the new username that you chose is taken already. Please choose a different one and send that through Contact Us please. If you don't get a response within a week, write back here and I will check to see if we received it.

    Thanks, Mike. I remember the email issue. I'll be sure to check the email more frequently (for some reason I thought the reply would be on the site).
