 Hi,
Nice to meet you!!
I´ve searched for the answer but I could not find it.
Are revamp and update synonyms or is there any crucial difference?
Thanks in advance

"Update" is to add new information. "Revamp" is to re-shape or transform something.
If a website has new messages, then it has been updated. If it has a new appearance, then it has been revamped.

'update' is either 'to give the latest information about something', suggesting just a modification to existing information.
    or
'make something more modern'. This might be just minor changes; or entail a major overhaul, with the meaning 'to give a new and improved form, structure, or appearance to something'. That is, an extensive update/modernisation would be a revamp.
