l'assemblea straordinaria è convocata per deliberazioni

    I don't get the following:

che sono di sua competenza quando lo ritenga opportuno l'organo amministrativo

Ritenere qualcosa opportuno - to consider something appropriate.

    Better? :)

My attempt: An extraordinary meeting of the assembly will be held to deliberate on matters (come si può dire "di sua competenza"?) when the administrative body deems it appropriate/necessary

I'd say "over which it has authority", which is highly inelegant, but then the rest of these corporate bylaws that Kyle's translating won't win any style prizes either! (In fact, I've never met a set of corporate bylaws that would -- there's a WRF EO challenge for someone, Panj, perhaps?

    Ciao a tutti,

dopo aver ricevuto un suggerimento via mail volevo rispondere con qualcosa del genere " Thank you very much for your suggestion. I will discuss about it with Mr.Rossi; se lui lo riterrà opportuno implementeremo la nuova caratteristica sul nostro sito..."

    What about this?

If he sees fit,we will implement the new feature on our web site.

    Let's wait for natives,anyway.

    Hi All,
    Again on "ritenere opportuno":
I want to send a letter saying that I would be happy to work for these people again, "se lo ritengono opportuno". How would you say it in English? It's a polite way of putting it, just to make sure they still want my collaboration.

My try: I would be happy to collaborate with you again in the future (se lo ritenete opportuno?)

    Thanks a lot

I had to respond in a hurry, and just added "if needed". I hope it didn't sound too rude/inappropriate.

    Thank you all anyway.

"if needed" is maybe a little straight; maybe I would have written

"I look forward to collaborating with you in the future, should you need it/should you consider it appropriate".

    But I'm not a native.
