    Rolled-in Dough: Dough in which a fat has been incorporated in many layers by using a rolling and folding procedure.

    How would you say "rolled-in dough" in Spanish?

    I can guess, but it is probably completely wrong: masa rodada? masa liada? masa envuelto?
