rollover link

Hi everyone.
I requested to a website property the permission to publish on my site some pictures, and I put the link of them in the message. I received the following answer:

"The link I found the images at is copied below.
It no longer works.
There is no roll over link."

I'm asking an help, because really I don't understand, especially the expression "no roll". Thanks in advance.

Quando passi sul link con il mouse, l'immagine cambia.

Che idiota!
Ho appena letto la storia della parola BUSILLIS.
Ho commesso la disattenzione di quel frate. Chiedo scusa, so benissimo cosa significa "no rollover", ma vedendo roll separato da over non l'ho capito.
