Rublovka highway

Dear Russian speakers,

I'm translating a book from English into Swedish, and a small part of it takes place in Moscow. It says: "They travelled for thirty minutes west of the city down the Rublovka highway."

Can you tell me if Rublovka is the name of the highway or if it is a district or city perhaps? And how do you write it in Russian? I suspect the rules on how to transcribe Russian into Swedish are not the same as for Russian into English.

Thanks a lot!

I'm not from Moscow, but from what I was able to find Rublevka (Рублёвка) is a short name used for the Rublevo-Uspenskoe Shosse (Shosse ~ highway). It is also a name of one of the most expensive areas in Moscow, located along this highway, with many government officials residing in Rublevka.

Here is my best attempt at what Рублёвка sounds like (according to English pronunciation): Rooblovka or Roobliovka

Sounds of pronunciation are best written using IPA notation, e.g.
    /rublʲofkə/

However transliteration never takes pronunciation into account
    and looks like said above.
