Saltimbocca

Hello, I am editing a book on international cooking and I'd like to know if there is a word in english (and, if possible, in Spanish as well) for 'Saltimbocca'. Thank a lot,

In America the dish is called by it's Italian name, Saltimbocca - not translated.

Thank you. In Spain it is the same; we ask for Saltimbocca. But I've thought there must be a word in Spanish, and may be in English as well, similar in meaning to Saltimbocca. Thanks anyway!

i don't know if there is a correspondent word, but "saltimbocca" is the combination of "salta in bocca" (jump/s in the mouth) or of "salti in bocca" (jumps in the mouth).
