Sans retour à ce jour

Discussion in 'French-English Vocabulary / Vocabulaire Français-Anglais' started by terrykp, Sep 27, 2015.

  1. The following sentence is from a lengthy proposal by two co-owners in the Convocation for a General Meeting of co-owners of a Residence:
Sans retour à ce jour, nous vous proposons de rajouter en l'état ce point à l'ordre du jour en insistant sur le respect architectural, d'une part, sur la gratuite pour la copropriété, d'autre part.
My attempt to translate the sentence is:
    Without going back, [...]
In the context of the lengthy proposition this does not seem to make sense. What does it really mean?

Moderator note: Translation trimmed to focus on the question asked--we do not provide proofreading of full sentences.
