Sara's birthday party was the best party ever.

is there a redundancy in the previous sentence????? (party)


or

is it correct to say that sentence without (PARTY) the second?????

    It's purely a matter of the speaker's preference, although repeating "party" more clearly suggests that it was not only the best birthday party, but the best party of any kind.

    Is there a redundancy in the previous sentence????? (party) (We only use one question mark.) The answer is "No. In this sentence the second "party" is there for emphasis. It is a matter of style."
