Good afternoon!
What would be the difference between these two phrases:
1) We were in India last month. We went to the beaches in Goa and saw the sights of Delhi.
2) We were in India last month. We went to the beaches in Goa and went sightseeing in Delhi.

The second is clearer in my opinion. The first could sound, to someone who doesn't realise they are different places, as if you saw the sights of Delhi while at Goa.
