Hello,

I was reading this newspaper, and I came across the word Schnulli.

So groß und noch’n Schnulli?

Does it mean Schule?

Thanks in advance!

How do you describe, in German, this kind of talking?
In Portuguese: Como vocês descrevem, em alemão, este tipo de falar?

If you mean it literally, i.e. a pacifier, it is just a colloquialism.

But here it is applied to a person and used thus it is a vulgar abusive term.

I don't think so. The heading reads "Die 26 nervigsten Sprüche von Eltern".

"So groß und noch’n Schnulli?" is a typical comment when adults think a child is too old to still use a pacifier.

Ok, you understand it as "So groß und [du hast] noch’n Schnulli?". I was hooked on the interpretation "So groß und [du bist] noch’n Schnulli?" In the given context, your interpretation is probably right.:)
