Scottish Gaelic: control yourself

I am wondering if anyone can translate this saying, "control yourself" from english to scottish Gaelic. Thanks for your help

While we do get the occasional Gàidhlig speaker on WR, you may have better luck on Fòram na Gàidhlig with it's 300 registered members.
