However, you may not get the best reception if you have no real interest in the language and just want a translation for a tattoo (as that's not the scope of the forum per se); the usual suggestion on that site is to get a professional translator to do it in order to get an accurate translation (especially as your phrase sounds complicated in nature and probably not straight forward to translate).
