Se me ha caído

Hi!! I need to know how to say this in Italian. I've seen that the Italian people say it like this (more or less, I'm not sure) >>> Mi si....
I mean, the order seems to be the other way around the Spanish order. Could someone please explain this to me? And maybe enlarge a little on this topic?
Thank you very much.

Why don't you ask for that in the Italian forum? They're supposed to know what "The penny has dropped" or "The scales fell from my eyes" is in Italian. ;)

Well...yes... but in English there is no "se"... that's why I don't know how to ask it in English....

    Ciao!

Un'altra volta, e' necessario conoscere il contesto per capire bene... Provo questa traduzione ma aspettiamo le opinioni dei nostri amici italoparlanti:

    "Se me n'è caduto(a)"
