Sheldon: You can’t do that. Not only is it a violation of California state law, it flies directly in the face of Cheesecake Factory policy.
Penny: Yeah, no, there’s a new policy. No shoes, no shirt, no Sheldon.
Howard: I bet we could sell that sign all over Pasadena.

I don't have a clue about 'sell that sign'. Please help.

    You could create a sign that said "No shoes. No shirt. No Sheldon." And then you could sell it it stores all over Pasadena.

    Stores often have signs that say: No shirt. No shoes. No service" -- meaning that if you don't wear a shirt and shoes, we won't serve you. In this case. the "No shoes. No shirt. No Sheldon" would mean we don't allow shoes, shirts or Sheldon in our store.
