The company is planning to sell the new models after April, with a delivery (made) by the courier company.

Shpuld I use “made” after delivery in this sentence or would it be fine without “made”?

with a delivery (made) by the courier company.
Without any context, this sentence does not seem idiomatic with or without "made". 1. What are you talking about? 2. Has the delivery company been mentioned before? 3. Why have you added "a" delivery? Is there more than one delivery per model? Do the models come in separate parts?

I would say "... with delivery by courier [company]". You don't need "made" and you could probably drop the word "company" as well.
