Hello everyone:

which of the following word order is correct?


A) There were two other girls with their sneaks on, sitting next to me.

B) There were two other girls, sitting with their sneakers on, next to me.

C) There were two other girls sitting next to me, with their sneakers on.

    Yes, you need to tell us if there are two other girls sitting next to you (apart from who else?), or if there are two other girls apart from you who wore sneakers (trainers).

    In other words, we don't know which your sentence means: were there 6 girls next to you (but only 2 with sneaks on), or 2 girls next to you (and they had sneaks on)?
